Constipation relief
The constipation has vanished! Though the Japanese translation states it's a probiotic, the actual package shows that it's a prebiotic supplement. I take this alongside another lactobacillus, which has relieved the constipation I have suffered from since childhood. I also make sure to maintain a healthy diet.

I hope they help; I bought this for my son as prescribed by a doctor. I am looking forward to a positive effect, and I need to take 2-3 capsules a day for a month. It is indeed expensive. However, I must say, there is an effect from the consumption, and the outcome is excellent!
